INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MEETINGS - ORGANIC WINES 2022
Developed by AD'OCC on the behalf of the Occitanie Region, the Organic
Wines International Business Meetings allows regional wineries and
international buyers to meet remotely over the course of 4
days.
How does it work?
A straightforward 4-step process to identify and meet selected companies :
- Step 1 : The regional wine companies present their wines through this dedicated matchmaking platform.
- Step 2 : Buyers choose the regional companies they want to meet based on their needs through the platform’s search engine.
- Step 3 : The regional companies have the opportunity to either accept or decline the meeting suggestions made by the buyers.
- Step 4 : On April 4, 5, 6 and 7, meetings are conducted remotely with the samples received beforehand.
Recommendations and additional infos:
- We encourage you to complete a video-calling test prior the meetings in order to verify that your access to the system and equipment work (see FAQ section).
- Buyers: please keep the wine samples intact as they are meant to be opened during the meetings. We kindly ask you to store the bottles in good condition and have them ready and opened on meeting days.
- Each meeting lasts 40 minutes
- It may happen that you only have 5 minutes between two meetings to get ready.
- For the good continuity of the meetings, we thank you in advance for respecting your schedule and the duration of the meetings.
